Window opener and airco was defect. At 9.45h croissants and a lot of food was already gone, as closing was at 10h.

I only spent one night there and in this short time I found nothing to complain about. The hotel is within walking distance from the airport, but at nights it is quiet (no noise from the airplanes). The buffet breakfast is excellent (even warm sausages and scrambles eggs) although a little expensive (14 €). Wifi connection excellent, room nice and clean.
There was nobody at the reception desk when I arrived and I had to knock on the door. Also I could not find the price of the breakfast anywhere before I checked out and paid the bill. But these are details, otherwise the hotel is very good.

I enjoyed my stay with everything I needed from an airport hotel, including a clean room with a comfortable bed and the bonus of being just a short walk away from Grunewald, where I could take in beautiful park views and unwind after a long day of travel.

The room I booked was soundproof and newly decorated, complete with the bedroom, fridge and a built in desk. It had a perfect and magnificent location so close to bus stop and airport, the bus station and airport and buses. The staff was efficient & friendly multilingual.
Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.
